Learn life-saving first aid skills — without all the fluff. Just the simple steps that could save your child's life, in a bite-sized way.

Hi I’m Jo,

I’m a critical care paramedic, NHS resuscitation practitioner, and most importantly, a busy mum of 2.

I want to show you how to worry less so you can play more.

We nearly lost my daughter when she was just 13 days old — and from that Project CPR was born.

No one should ever have to feel helpless when their child needs them.

Now I teach parents the same skills that saved my daughters’ life.
