If you finish Module 1 and you honestly don't feel more prepared, more confident, or more ready to handle an emergency with your child — we don't want your money.
You'll have 30 days from completing Module 1 to drop us an email at team@projectcpr.life and we'll refund you in full. No awkward questions. No hoops to jump through. No hassle.

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work for the products we sell.
Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) — no reason needed. To exercise this right, simply contact us at team@projectcpr.life to let us know you'd like to return your order.
Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
Returns by Product Type
LifeVac Anti-Choking Devices
Because LifeVac devices contain sealed, single-use medical components, the following conditions apply:
Unopened devices (both quality seals intact and unbroken) may be returned within 14 days of receipt. A restocking fee of 10% of the original order value will be deducted from your refund.
Opened devices (quality seals broken) can only be returned if there is a manufacturer defect — meaning a fault that affects the fit, form, or function of the device. We'll issue a refund once we've received and inspected the unit and confirmed a manufacturing fault with LifeVac Europe.
If an opened device is inspected and no fault is found, no refund will be issued. If you'd like the device returned to you in this case, a repacking and postage charge will apply.
Defibrillators
Unopened and unused defibrillators in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. A restocking fee of 10% of the original order value will be deducted from your refund.
Opened defibrillators can only be returned due to a confirmed manufacturer defect. Returns will be inspected before a refund is processed.
Defibrillators that have been activated, used, or had pads unsealed cannot be returned unless faulty, due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Defibrillator Cabinets
Unopened cabinets in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund.
Cabinets that have been wall-mounted or installed cannot be returned unless they have arrived to the customer damaged or faulty.
Due to their size and weight, return postage for cabinets is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
First Aid Accessories
Unopened, unused accessories in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Items with broken hygiene seals (e.g., dressings, face masks, gloves) cannot be returned unless faulty, in line with hygiene regulations.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible at team@projectcpr.life with:

Photos if possible
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including original delivery costs) at no extra charge to you. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
How to Return an Item
Contact us first at team@projectcpr.life before sending anything back — we'll confirm the return address and any specific instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
Post the item back to us using a tracked delivery service. We recommend keeping your proof of postage — we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
Return Postage Costs
Faulty items or items sent in error: We'll cover return postage.
Change of mind returns: Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear on your statement after we've processed it. This may vary based on your banking service provider.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened items with broken hygiene seals (unless faulty)
Items that have been used, activated, or installed (unless faulty)
Personalised or custom-ordered items
